Biography and writing career: ; ; He completed his primary school education in his native village of Jóka, and his secondary school education in Galánta at the Hungarian-language Kodály Zoltán Gymnasium. His first independent poetry collection was Áramzüzet, published in 1991, followed by Csendélet halottakkal, published in 1996. Since 1993, he has been the editor of the quarterly regional newspaper Jókai Szó. His local history writing was published in the Honismereti Kiskönyvtár book series in 1997 under the title Jóka - Nevezetesgeségek. His poetry collection Fészek az égen, published in 2004, was followed by the children's poems Fűhárfa in 2006 and Szélkergető, kerek köpeny in 2008. The Homeless Wheatflower, published in 2009. In his volume of Mátyusföld legends and beliefs, he presents the world of Mátyusföld fairy tales and beliefs. In 2010, two collections of his children's poems were published, Dióbölcső, mákfejcsörgő and I Have a Mákom. His collection of anthologies entitled Csomaggpözőrő was published in 2011. His volume entitled Rész és egész, published in 2013, is a selection of his poems written between 2004 and 2012. In 2015, his first French-language poetry collection was published in Paris by the renowned Éditions du Cygne publisher. ; ; A selection of his latest poems, Köti a töösztéget, was published in September 2017 by the Media Nova M publisher, and his second French-language poetry collection was published by Éditions du Cygne in Paris. ; ; Károly Fellinger in world literature: ; • He is a member of the Slovak Hungarian Writers' Association (SZMÍT) and the Hungarian Writers' Association. ; • His books have been translated into English, German, Romanian, Serbian, French, Russian, Slovak and Turkish.
