* Ungpinkóc, 1906 –  † Eger, 1991 / Reformed pastor, high school teacher, church writer, local historian ; ; He completed the first four grades of elementary school in Homok, and graduated from the state high school in Ungvár in 1925. After that, he became a student at the newly opened Losonc Ref. Theological College and in 1929 he obtained a ref. pastor's diploma. He served in various localities, and in 1945 he was transferred to Baktalórántháza as an assistant pastor. In 1949, he obtained a Hungarian-history teaching diploma at the Budapest University of Science and Technology, and then became a teacher at the Esze Tamás Gymnasium in Mátészalka. In addition to his teaching work, he conducted research on national and local history.
