* Nyitra, May 15, 1850 – † Budapest, April 4, 1923 / lawyer, university professor ; ; He studied law at the universities of Budapest and Vienna, and then practiced law. In 1881 he was a private lecturer in international law at the University of Budapest, in 1891 he was an extraordinary lecturer, and between 1903 and 1920 he was a public lecturer. He was a conservative practitioner of international law.
