Ingredients: ; • 1 kg of fine flour ; • 2 whole eggs ; • 1.5 cubes of yeast ; • 6 dl of milk ; • a pinch of salt ; • 1 dl of oil ; • “3 handfuls” of granulated sugar + 1 vanilla sugar ; ; Method of preparation: ; Mix the sifted flour with the salt. “Run up” the mixer with 1 spoon of sugar. Mix the 2 eggs with a little milk. Add this to the flour. Knead, and add cooking oil in the meantime. When it has risen, add a little of the handful of sugar. ; When it has risen, knead it again. After about half an hour, cut it out. For a round cake, roll it out into 4+1 strips. Place 2-2 strips crosswise and braid the strips together. Enclose with 5. Before baking, brush with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 50 degrees. When baked, brush with warm, sugary syrup.
