István Böszörményi

* Losonc, March 20, 1947 – / secondary school teacher, local historian, ethnographic writer ; ; He began his school studies in his hometown, graduated from Fülek, and then obtained a teaching certificate in German-Swedish at the Comenius University in Bratislava. He taught at the Fülek high school from 1972. He has been collecting ethnographic materials since the late 1970s. He primarily publishes articles on local history, folk architecture, and economic ethnography. Between 1989 and 1995, he published an 89-part series on the history of Losonc and Fülek entitled Emlékeink.
