* Prešov, 28 Aug. 1885 – † Bratislava, 3 Nov. 1967. / architect, art writer. ; ; He graduated from the Technical University in Budapest in 1908, then had his own design office in Prešov between 1911–13. He enlisted in the army in 1915, returned home from Siberian captivity in 1920, and continued his design work in Prešov. He also collected Jewish historical objects – in 1928 he established a Jewish museum in Prešov – his collection is now part of the Museum of Jewish Culture housed in the Prešov synagogue. He lived the years of the Second World War in Budapest. After the war, he returned to Prešov. After 1952 he moved to Po., where he worked at the Ethnographic Institute of the Slovak Academy of Sciences until 1956. His drawings, sketches, literary works and newspaper articles are kept by the Modern Department of the Hungarian History Museum in Po.
