Since then, of course, this soup has become more substantial and richer. ; ; Ingredients for 4 people: ; - one leek; - two medium onions; - two tablespoons of fat; - two cups of plain flour (2 dl); - 3 l of water; - 1 egg; - salt; - pepper; - two bay leaves; ; Preparation ; Fry the finely chopped red onion in fat until translucent, sprinkle with a little plain flour, red pepper, dissolve in water, and add the leek. ; Make egg-sized dumplings from the flour, eggs, and fat and place them in a bowl. When the soup has boiled, use a ladle or two to scald the dumplings with the soup. Leave them for ten minutes, then add the dumplings to the soup. They will boil together and are ready to eat!
