Vága, 1980s; The library of the Vága Volunteer Fire Department, when we were still residents of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic. ; At that time, the following “comradely messages” adorned the streets and public buildings: “Forever with the Soviet Union!”, or “Proletarians of the world, unite!”, or “Buduj vlast – posilníš mier!”, or “Leninskou cestou vpred!”, or “Nech žije KSČ!”, or “Za mier, za socialismizmus!”, or “Lenin – večne živý!”. ; At the suggestion of representative Ferenc Józsa, on April 30, 1925, the Vága Representative Council decided to establish a Hungarian-language public library. ; On the floor of the fire department, in addition to the public library, a youth club also operated, but here, in the building, the football players of the Vága Sport Club also had their headquarters. ; On the ground floor, on the south side of the building, with a rear entrance, there was also an apartment in the 1970s.
