In the first half of the 1910s, published by Márk Petényi, we can see the former Széchenyi Street Chief Clerk's Office (which was built in 1912) and the part facing the casino. In the background, among the green trees, we can still find the city's older cemetery, used since 1780, which was liquidated and built over by the communist authorities in 1959. Before 1780, burials were still taking place in the oldest cemetery in the city: around the church.
