Vilmos Vízváry is a former principal, teacher and Reformed cantor. He played a significant role in organizing the pre-war cultural life of the settlement. He also led a choir. He was transferred to Hungary during the deportations. ; (His son, Pál Vízváry, worked as a journeyman in the mill here, later living in Szentendre.) ; In their memory, a headstone was solemnly inaugurated on October 10, 2010, in the southern part of the local cemetery, within the framework of the Kóczán Mór Days.
