Pastor Antal Varga. Born in 1857 in Nemesradnót. From 1888 he was a pastor in Bátka, where he preached the word of God for 50 years. He always had a connection with his native village, he buried his former baptist pastor Nt. Dániel Pető. The poet was a relative and friend of Lajos Pósa, and he commemorates him in several poems. He died in January 1945, during the march through the front of World War II. The locals made his coffin from boards taken from the side of one of the village barns. Three women from his native village accompanied him on his last journey. The local Reformed congregation marked the pastor's grave with a wooden memorial plaque.
