The 13th International Vámbéry Conference, entitled “Complete Objectivity and Strict Reality”, was held in Dunaszerdahely on 9 and 10 October 2015. The authors of the event itself, as well as the volume compiled from the lectures delivered there – and published with the support of Lilium Aurum Publishing House and the Vámbéry Civic Association – have, in keeping with tradition, selected from the broadest possible range of topics in Oriental Studies: Turkology, archaeology, Hungarian prehistory, steppe history, political science, cultural history, and the list goes on.
