Bronze bust of Chief Taksony

In 1976, roughly on the 1000th anniversary of the death of the settlement's namesake, a bronze bust of Chief Taksony was erected, created by Béla Domonkos. The Municipality of Taksony Greater Municipality cast a replica of this statue for its sister settlement in Slovakia, Taksony (Matuskovo). ; Next to the statue of Chief Taksony, on the left side, there is a marble slab on which, according to the locals, a legend of his life is written, the text is unfortunately illegible.
