Roman Catholic church dedicated to the Virgin Mary
Building, structure
The Roman Catholic church dedicated to the Virgin Mary was built at the beginning of the 20th century and bears the marks of traditional rural classicism. A tower was built on the pointed facade of the single-nave, polygonal building. The interior of the church has a barrel vault. Some of the statues from the previous church are housed here - the Immaculata (Immaculate Conception statue) - a painted statue from the 18th century, and the statue of Christ from the Holy Trinity statue group. The sacristy's ornate closet for storing vestments is in the late Baroque style from the 18th century. ; There are two memorial plaques on the outside of the church: one erected in memory of those deported in 1947-1948 and their families (with 51 names) - on the 50th anniversary - and one erected on the occasion of the complete renovation of the church in 2001-2002. ; Its organ was renovated in 2006.
