Lutheran Church of Spišská Sombat

In Spišská Sombat, the Lutherans were able to build their own church in 1720. This wooden church burned down in the fire of 1775. The final church of the Lutherans, which still stands today, was built in 1777, with the permission of Maria Theresa. The altarpiece "Christ on the Mount of Olives" was painted in 1852.
