Holy Trinity Column

Sacral small monument

The late Baroque Holy Trinity Column next to the St. George Church in Dunaszerdahely was erected in 1777 after an epidemic or natural disaster that had left a serious mark on the city subsided, as a token of gratitude for the passing of the danger. The column without a memorial plaque was donated by György Gönczöl and his wife, Erzsébet Lengyel.
