The Municipality of Réte held the inauguration ceremony of the bell tower and the funeral bell in the forecourt of the funeral home on November 2, 2013. The representative of Bratislava County, László Gujber, also attended the event.
At the traditional commemoration, the names of the village's citizens who died in the given year were read out, and a candle was lit in memory of each of them. Finally, on behalf of the municipality and the residents, a wreath was laid in memory of all the departed who rest in the cemetery.
Zoltán Metzner, the mayor of Réte, was informed about the plans in the May 9, 2013 issue of Új Szó: "The bell tower is part of the funeral home, the two buildings will be connected by a paving stone. The total cost of the project reaches 8,000 euros. We received fifty percent of the costs from the county, the remaining part will be covered by the village".
