Reformed Church
Building, structure
In the western part of the village, true to the name of the settlement, the church, which stands in the middle of an extensive apple orchard, was built by the local faithful in the Baroque style in 1796-98 on their own. The building was only expanded in 1821 with a 29-meter-high tower with a Baroque spire rising in front of the southern facade of the north-south axis, single-nave church. ; The church, which is centrally arranged in accordance with the Reformed liturgical expectations, can be entered through a small windbreak on the eastern side. In the center of the flat board-ceilinged space, there is a late Baroque pulpit and the altar. Baroque galleries were built at the north and south ends of the nave, the latter housing a 19th-century organ. ; After the Reformed congregation of Almás was the daughter church of the nearby Körtvélyes for centuries, it became independent in 2002 and became a material congregation. The church's shell was recently replaced with a new roof with financial assistance from the Slovak Ministry of Culture.
