Born on June 24, 1943 in Dunaszerdahely. He lived and created here. He died on April 8, 2011 in Bratislava. Between 1967 and 1971, he studied graphic design in Bratislava. He has been a member of the Slovak Union of Fine Arts since 1989, and of the Hungarian Artists' Association of Slovakia since 1990. Koniarka - Rodný mój kraj ; In 1993 the director of the Slovak Fine Arts Fund congratulates László Rácz on his jubilee and thanks him for his valuable contribution to Slovak artistic life. ; In 2003 the director general of the Folk Culture Center expresses his respect and appreciation ; to László Rácz for his many years of active work in the field of amateur fine arts and photography. ; In 2008 on the occasion of his 60th birthday the county governor of Nagyszombat County presents a commemorative plaque to László Rácz for his photographic and fine arts work. ; ; Professional methodologist activity at the Folk Culture Center ; He joined the Regional Folk Culture Center, where he worked for more than forty years between 1967 and 2007, as a talent who had excellent results in school and fine art competitions. ; He performed his work as the fine art and photography manager of the Dunaszerdahely region professionally and with pleasure. He was the originator of many unforgettable events, which he prepared precisely and thoroughly, at a high artistic level. For example: ; - Fine Arts Spectrum - AMFO and DIAFOTO - Csallóközi Colored Pencils - founder and main organizer, later the competition took on international dimensions - District Fine Arts Olympiad for primary school students - District Fine Arts Olympiad for students of special schools - exhibitions of the Fine Arts Club and the Photo Club. ; Between 1979 and 1990, he organized and led annual art camps in Nyárasd and Pozsonyeprjes. The camps included not only adults, but also young talents, whom he professionally guided and helped in their development as a methodologist. This selfless help, which László Rácz provided, later brought much success to the region - local talented young people achieved high rankings in individual competitions, successes at art high schools and universities. ; Thanks to László Rácz's enthusiasm, a strong group of local visual artists and photographers formed in Csallóköz, who have been participating in national and international competitions for decades. ; He also participated in building international relations between photo clubs - he contacted groups from the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria. He was an outstanding professional in his profession.
