Priest's Cross
Sacral small monument
North of the parish, on the border of Házsénye, on the right side of the road leading to Pálháza, stands the Priest's Cross. The parish plot once extended this far, and as they said: "the priests came here to pray". The cross was renovated in 1974 by the father of the elder priest Urbán. Today, the wooden cross with a straight stem can be seen placed on a high square concrete foundation, placed in a smaller cube column. The year 1974 can be read in the semicircular recess of the column. The cast iron body is grayish-white, the loincloth is blue. The face is turned towards the sky, the hands are spread out, the feet are next to each other. On top of the cross there is a semicircular zinc cover with triangular decorations, and its column is surrounded by a low iron fence.
