The building was built by the village in the 1960s - and has been owned by the village ever since - and then served as the headquarters of the local national committee. Over the decades, the building has served various functions: a hairdresser's salon, a shoemaker's workshop, a pharmacy. Since 2015, a retirement day care center has been operating in the building.
