Néver Castle
Building, structure
The Néver Castle dates back to the late 17th century, originally in Renaissance style. It was probably built by the Török family. In 1717, Gábor Tolvay of Köpösd acquired the legacy of György Török of Néver, along with the Néver Castle. It was rebuilt in the classicist style in 1820. The castle also had an extensive park and orchard. ; For a while, socialism tried to give the building new functions (it was also a granary, a warehouse and a boarding school for children with special educational needs), but it was closed in 1974 and left to its fate. Currently, its interior is in ruins, its roof has collapsed, and its park has been overgrown with weeds.
