The stone statue of St. John of Nepomuk is located on the outskirts of the village, next to the road leading to Kéménd. It is one of the oldest sacred monuments, erected in 1770 from donations from believers. It was once said that when a lot of rain fell and the farmers' hay rotted, a bundle was tied to the statue's back and it was allowed to go with the news of God, since it had not fulfilled its duty.
