Kálmán Mokos (1892 – 1959) 17th pastor of Madar; Kálmán Mokos 17th pastor of Madar (1922 – 1959) for 37 years. (Born in 1892, in Kisújfalu, into a family of teachers.) After World War II, Madar definitively became Modrany, as it became part of socialist Czechoslovakia. During the time of Kálmán Mokos's ministry, the deportation and resettlement of the Reformed and Catholics took place, which affected many families. Kálmán Mokos was a popular person among the Madarites as an excellent orator and a Reformed priest who could also entertain.
