The statue of the Great Mother of the Magyars, standing on the plot of land of Mihály Szmrecsek, was built in 1896 from the pious foundation of Julianna Énekes. It was erected on the occasion of the millennium celebrations, and to which the faithful of the village lead a procession every August 15th.
