The grave of Paul Lukacs
Cemeteries, tombstones, graves
The remains of the pioneer of children's literature, poet and home teacher, Pál Lukács, rest in the quiet cemetery of Kamocsa, and a marble tombstone preserves the memory of him. The red marble tombstone bears the following inscription: ; ; Pál Lukács / educator / born March 7, 1803 / died August 4, 1873 ; ; The grave was later surrounded by a low wrought iron fence, and then covered with gray granite slabs in 2013 by the Kamocsa branch of the Csemadok.
