Lourdes grotto at the Volkovics gate
Sacral small monument
Along the main road leading to Ipolynyék, in the yard of Kálmán Volkovics' family home, you can see a small, recent Lourdes grotto. The sacral structure was erected by the head of the family out of gratitude and in memory of an "apparition", and was consecrated in 1996. The small square in front of the grotto has become a real place of prayer over the years: the family, close neighbors, and relatives recite the Rosary here together every day of May and October. From May to October, they do the same every Saturday and Sunday.
