The Minister of the Interior appointed Ábrahám Lengyel as the district notary of the Lower Bátka and Upper Bátka districts in the territory of the Gömör-Kishon County, to whom Dulháza, Rakottyás, Tamási, and Zsip later also belonged. His task was to keep the civil registry, and he was also entrusted with keeping the marriage registry and assisting in the conclusion of marriages.
