The grave of Ferenc Kubinyi

The Lutheran cemetery was the burial place of the prominent native of the village at the beginning of the 20th century, the historian Ference Kubinyi. His tombstone was recently repaired by the municipality of the village. On the black marble tombstone, under the carved cross, the following inscription can be read: “Departed in the Lord! Ferencz Kubinyi of Upper Kubini and Deményfalvi, in the 77th year of his blessed life in Kóvár on July 14, 1903”.
