Statue, monument, memorial plaque
Since 2012, the path leading to the frescoes of the early Gothic (Reformed) church has been decorated with a promenade of wooden statues of medieval kings. The promenade, consisting of eight statues of kings, has made this unique monument even more interesting. The promenade was built with the support of the Terra Incognita program of the Košice County Government. ; ; The order of the statues: Saint Stephen, Samuel Aba, Saint Ladislaus, Béla IV, Charles Robert, Louis the Great, Sigismund of Luxembourg and Matthias Hunyadi. ; ; The statues are the works of János Lukács (6) from Szepsi, and Magdolna Palencsár (2) from Csécs. Jozef Duchoň, an architect, writer, and former director of the Museum of Eastern Slovakia, participated in the works as a professional consultant.
