Heroes' Cross

Statue, monument, memorial plaque

On the right side of the road leading to Varbó is a cross with an iron body, in honor of the people of Keres who fell in World War I. ; The gray concrete cross shows the body of Jesus with his head down, made of metal. The body is very rusty, showing signs of weathering. It is surrounded by a green, wrought-iron fence. The inscription on its base is difficult to read.
