Herodek Antal, born in the town of Szob – Pest County on February 7, 1872 (archdeacon, parish priest). ; Life: Studied in Budapest. Ordained priest in Esztergom on March 10, 1895. He served in Pozsonyeperjes between 1897–1911, and then in Vágfarkasd until 1932. He was the deputy deacon of the Vágsellye Episcopal District, and from 1914 his deacon. He was the chairman of the Vágfarkasd school board, and from 1922 a synodal examiner.
