The tomb of István Gyöngyösi

István Gyöngyösi (Radvánc, 25 August 1629 – Csetnek, 24 July 1704) was a Hungarian poet, deputy governor, and parliamentary envoy. ; The tombstone, which was discovered in the autumn of 2003 and renovated thanks to the generosity of Gábor Thököly, was re-inaugurated on 24 July 2004 during a ceremony on the three hundredth anniversary of his death. Since then, a wreath has been laid at the tomb every year at the end of July, on the anniversary of his death.
