Cemeteries, tombstones, grave sites

Róbert Forró ;
* December 20, 1953, Vága – † March 15, 2000, Bratislava / football player, coach
;
He was born in Vága, the second child of ordinary parents (father Dániel Forró, mother Teréz Szabó). The other two children in the family were the firstborn Milan (1951) and Veronika (1956). He began his schooling in his native language, at the Vága Nineteenth Primary School, where the number of Hungarian students reached 336 in the 1961/62 school year, and then steadily decreased later. After graduating from primary school, in 1969, he studied as a plumber and gas fitter for three years in nearby Vágsellyé. He worked in his profession for many years. He was married, his wife was Mária Szabó. They had two sons: Adrián and Tibor. ; From an early age, football was everything to him. At the age of 18, Forró Róbert – nicknamed Roba – was already one of the strengths of the Vága adult team. For nearly three decades, he was the defining personality of the team, the most successful goal scorer of all time of the village club. Several of the football teams of the then highest Czechoslovak league surrounded him (Zbrojovka Brno, Slovan Bratislava, Inter Bratislava, Spartak Trnava, Plastika Nitra, Duslo Šala, TJ Senica), because they would have liked to see the goal-scoring striker in their team. He was a true local patriot, he only really wanted to play football in his native village. He felt good here, he was respected and loved here. He was a role model both professionally and personally. ; During his long and successful career, he contributed greatly to the successful performance of the football team and to the enhancement of the good reputation of the village. ; On the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vágai Sport Club, and the 15th anniversary of the death of the greatest football player of Vágai football, the municipal sports field has been named the Forró Róbert Sports Field since June 20, 2015, based on a proposal submitted by Róbert Farkas to the municipal government on January 24, 2015 (voted unanimously).
; The management of the Vágai Sport Club (Slovak: Športový Klub Váhovce) announced a survey among the sports-loving public in 2000. They asked the fans of the village team to throw in the ballot boxes placed in the village area the names of the eleven best football players of the 20th century from Vágai. The most votes went to the legendary number 10 player, Róbert Forró (striker). The others, in order of the votes cast, were the following players: Jenő Horváth (midfielder), Zoltán Lulovics (midfielder), Jenő Hulák (forward), Igor Kamenár (forward), Gábor Czakó (forward), Imre Simkó (back), Tamás Puskás (forward) and Károly Kiss (back) with the same number of votes, Péter Szabó (goalkeeper), Miklós Recht (goalkeeper). ; In memory of the greatest figure of Vága football, the Forró Róbert Memorial Tournament is usually organized. ; ; In the photos, he was the team captain in the late 1970s and in 1984, when he scored two goals for the famous Fradi.
