Votive cross
Sacral small monument
Where the cross stands was still the edge of the city in 1767. Here, near the former Hangman's Hill, the route from the south reached the city. The cross was "squeezed" into the area between the railway and the busy road running alongside it. The cross arms and the body have been repainted several times. During its most recent renovation, the cross was placed on a new concrete base, but has not been repainted. ; Inscription: "ANNO 1767 EX VOTO AD MAIOREM DEI GLORIAM" (In the year 1767, in gratitude for the greater glory of God)
