The family chapel in Vágsellye, built by Domonkos Feketeházy and his father-in-law, József Feketeházy, is the resting place of János Feketeházy, an engineer, bridge designer, and a true master of iron structures, who died on October 31, 1927. At the time of his death, his three brothers and parents were also buried in the chapel. János Feketeházy Sr.'s wife, Júlia, died in Vágsellye in 1952. She was also laid to rest in the family chapel.
