The smaller neo-Gothic, rectangular-based polygonal building was built by Baroness Fekete in 1903. The facade is divided by broken-cornice windows, and a rustic cladding strip runs around it. The walls of the building are supported by pillars. The main facade ends in a triangular tympanum with the noble coat of arms of the Fekete family.
