Memorial plaque to the victims of World War II in Kamocsa
Statue, monument, memorial plaque
In the interior of the church we find three rather large plaques. On the left wall of the vestibule under the tower, called the “Small Church”, there is another white marble plaque, also in a black wrought iron frame, with a collapsing bouquet of roses running along the top, on which the names of the 31 Kamocsa victims of World War II from 1939–1945 were immortalized thanks to the gratitude sacrifice of their relatives and it was consecrated on November 18, 1990 by the local pastor and deputy deacon, Rev. Béla Vörös.
