Statue of Saint John of Csiliznyáradi

In our region, we can often find a statue depicting St. John of Nepomuk, while the statue of St. John the Apostle is rare. This statue is located at the crossroads of the different roads towards Bős in Csiliznyárad, and is the oldest church statue in the settlement (according to Ferenc Végh). The time of creation of the statue, its customer, and the time of its maker are unknown. The Municipal Government had it renovated in 1995 and then in 2014.
