Csiffary cross
Sacral small monument
The concrete cross stands on the border of Farkasd and Negyed. ; The year 1947 only indicates the time when the concrete cross was erected. Originally, a wooden cross stood at this location, which Géza Csiffáry had erected in 1896, in memory of his survival of the Váh River flood. He bought the wood at an auction. When he announced that he wanted to have a cross made from the selected wood, no one bid on it, so he bought it at the asking price.
