Csicsó Reformed Church

On July 29, 1784, the landowner Count István Zichy designated the site donated to the Reformed faithful for the construction of the church in the presence of officials, and the count also issued a donation letter on November 26 of the same year. The construction of the church began in 1785, but due to lack of funds, the towerless church could only be completed in 1788, which was handed over to its intended purpose on November 2 of that year, during a ceremonial consecration. Even before the completion of the church, in 1787 (July 18), a bell was purchased, which was mounted on a bell tower erected in front of the parish, and only on September 24, 1797, was it placed in the tower completed the year before.
