He was born on December 4, 1881 in Búcs. After completing the first year of theology in Budapest, he went to Canada at the request of Dr. Robertson, the Canadian superintendent, where he continued his studies in Toronto and Auburn. He received his degree in Auburn in 1904. In Canada, he was a missionary in the Hungarian colonies, then a pastor in the United States. He organized the Buffalo church, the Franklin Furnace church, and the Ashtabula-Conneaut-Fairport churches. As a traveling pastor of the Convention, he served in many places. He came home in 1912. He became a traveling assistant pastor of the Kecskemét diocese. In 1913, he became an administrator in Kazsok, and later that year he was elected pastor in Felsőmocsolád. In 1915, he went to Dunaradvány. In 1927, he moved to Szapra. He was a circuit pastor, diocesan sub-notary, diocesan chief notary, council judge, and church district representative in the diocese of Komárom. He married in 1918. His wife is Szeréna Galambos, daughter of László Galambos, pastor of the meadows. His son, Béla (1919), and his daughter, Katalin (1922). He was pastor of Szap for thirty-six years, and died in 1964. ; From 1931 to 1935, he published and edited the Reformed World View, a quarterly worldview journal.
