Lenten cross
Sacral small monument
It is decorated with a colored cast iron body... The multi-stepped, decorated stem, gray marble cross with the inscription INRI stands at the western crossroads of the village, surrounded by a wrought iron fence. At the lowest part of the pedestal we see a heart pierced by a dagger. A crucifix may have stood in this place in the past, probably the owner of the land here named Teleky claimed... The existence of an older cross is also revealed in the 1865 notary report: "Not far from this bridge, on the hill, all the way outside the village - right on the Ország road leading towards Ságh - a cross of our Lord Christ adorns the joy of our travelers. (1984:26)." ; It was erected for the glory of God by the widow Ferenc Böjtös, in 1914.
