The Bodon family lives in Gömör County, in the Vály Valley. Two brothers are known today: Bodon Antal and Ábrahám. ; – Antal was the chief civil servant of Gömör County in 1839–1842. Now he participates in public affairs with his mind and money. ; – Ábrahám was the chief attorney of Gömör County in 1842–1847. At that time, he was a correspondent for the “Pesti Hirlap”, and in 1848, a representative at the Pest National Assembly. He is currently thinking about his estate in Mihályfalvi and is involved in promoting schools and other public interests. ; ; The memorial plaque was erected in memory of Ábrahám Bodon, the popular chief guardian of the church for 13 years, the council judge of the diocese, and a friend of science.
