The cross in the churchyard of Ipolyvisk

Sacral small monument

The black marble slab of the column, which is placed on a concrete base, reads "For the glory of God/ this cross was erected/A.M./1968/Praise the Lord/Jesus Christ." The cross with a straight stem and the inscription INRI stands on the capital of the column, which tapers upwards and is made of artificial stone. A silver-plated iron body with a loincloth hangs from it. Christ's head, crowned with thorns, is turned to the right, his legs and feet are next to each other, his hands are close to his body, nailed vertically to the short stems of the cross.
