Memorial to the victims of World War I in Pered

Statue, monument, memorial plaque

The monument stands in a beautifully landscaped setting, on the village's Main Square. The village had it built in 1931 in memory of the 131 Pered victims who fell in the war. The monument is the work of Bratislava sculptor Lajos Mack.
