The memorial column was erected by the village in 2002 in honor of the 3 martyrs of the 1848/49 revolution and freedom struggle from Tardoskeddi, József Bugyik, József Tóth and Ferenc Drexler, who were executed on July 23, 1849 on Szamár Hill in Bratislava. The monument was made by Ervin Ivanics from Tardoskeddi.
