Monument to those who fell in World War I

Statue, monument, memorial plaque

The Reformed cemetery houses a monument to those who fell in World War I (the statue of the heroes), which was erected in 1929 by the Nagykesz choir with its own money and donations. The monument is the work of the well-known stonemason Viktor Komáromi, and the blacksmithing (turul, wreath, decoration, wrought iron fence) was done by the blacksmith Antal Török from Komáromi. The names of 35 victims can be read on the pedestal.
