Monument to the victims of World War I and II

Below the church is the Monument to the Victims of World War I and World War II, erected in 1950. This obelisk-shaped tomb made of stone blocks stands on a low pedestal, with a relief on its top depicting a military helmet and two crossed swords. The names of 27 victims of World War I and 11 victims of World War II can be read on the marble plaque of the monument. The monument is surrounded by a beautiful wrought-iron fence.
