Singing in the community on Vásárút dates back to the early 1960s. The first singing group was formed at that time. Initially singing folk songs, it later developed into a polyphonic choir and became known in the area. There was a mental need to dedicate a memorial tree or headstone to commemorate the living or deceased members who kept this old and continuous cultural activity alive in the village. ; The symbols appearing on the memorial tree express the meaning of the text written as a motto in symbols. (from bottom to top) ; ; Flower - It grows from the Earth towards the Sky, it needs Water and Fire (the light and warmth of the Sun) for its development. Flowers generally symbolize vitality, joy of life, and victory over death. ; Glass - joy, ; Water of Life – life-giving element; Star – light, signpost; Seven Years – set in the seventh year of the founding of the Vásárúti Dalárda; Man – strength; Earth – foundation, support, homeland; Mother – security, love, care
